The University of Calgary is conveniently located in Northwest Calgary with easy access to Downtown, Foothills Hospital, Stampede grounds, the airport and Banff. Public Transportation on the Light Rail Transit (LRT) is available from campus to the downtown core as well as many of the city’s cultural and recreational attractions. The Rocky Mountains are easily reached in a scenic one hour drive.

While staying with Conference Housing, guests enjoy on-campus facilities such as; Laundry Facilities, Food Services, Parking, Bookstore, Gift Shops, Ticketmaster Services, Library, Health Clinic, MacEwan Student Centre, Catering & Special Event Functions, Conference & Meeting Facilities and Campus Recreation which includes: Aquatics Centre, Outdoor Centre, Fitness Centre, Olympic Oval, Racquet Courts, Climbing wall and much more.

*Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Residence. This includes public areas, apartments and bedrooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

All apartments include the following amenities:

• A single bed, dresser, study desk and chair, kitchen table and chairs, and refrigerator
• Meal Plan available

Traditional Dormitory:

This accommodation type consists of dormitory bedrooms with common bathroom facilities and is situated in Kananaskis and Rundle Halls. Each room has two single beds, study desk and a mini-fridge.

Four Bedroom Apartment:

These apartments are self-contained units with bedroom(s), kitchen, living room and bathroom. Kitchens are not equipped with cookware. Guests may eat in the Dining Centre or at a number of eateries in MacEwan Student Centre. Meal Plan is available.
