We don’t only offer the most exclusive Junior Programs in Toronto, but we are also the best language school for adults in Canada.
So now parents can join their children on their adventure in Toronto and improve their English! Book your trip to Canada with your children and you can study English at our adult campus in downtown Toronto while you live in the International Living and Learning Centre (ILLC) or with a Canadian host family.
ILLC is Ryerson University’s hotel-style residence for adults. You will have your own en-suite room with hot breakfast and access to a kitchen to prepare your meals or the option to dine at some of Toronto’s finest restaurants, only steps away.
During the day you will be enrolled in our Intensive English Program and study with adult students from around the world. In the evening, you are free to enjoy everything Toronto has to offer, or join our team of activity coordinators on one of many organized activities.
Enjoy your stay in Toronto while we take care of your children in one of the most exclusive programs in Canada. And when you want to visit them, one of our coordinators will be happy to make on-campus visit arrangements for you.
The ILLC
The ILLC residence option at University of Ryerson is a hotel-style accommodation located less than ten minutes walk from International House Toronto's adult campus.
Rooms at ILLC offer a queen size bed, dresser, desk and chair, bedside table, alarm clock, wardrobe unit, internet access (not included in price), telephone with voice mail, individual air control, en-suite washroom and shower and cable TV.
The residence also features a shared kitchenette for making snacks, vending machines, a common lounge with cable TV and pay-per-use laundry facilities.

*Single parents will be place at the International Living and Learning Centre (ILLC - Ryerson Univeristy residence) close to IH Toronto’s main adult campus in single rooms with en-suite. Two parents will be placed at ILLC in double occupancy rooms with en-suite.
Homestay
The homestay accommodation offers a great value choice for parents who are looking to spend time with host families and practice English. Homestay locations vary depending on the needs and preferences of students and time of booking.
Each homestay offers a single furnished room with a Canadian host family. You will also have access to the family kitchen, washroom, shower and all common living spaces of the house. The homestay option offers a half-board meal plan (breakfast and dinner).
