Where does the program happen?
The program happens at the Glendon Campus of York University. The address is 2275 Bayview Avenue Toronto ON, M4N 3M6 (Major intersection Bayview/Lawrence)

What time do the classes start?
The classes are everyday from Monday - Friday from 8:45 to 13:45. There are breaks between the classes, including a lunch break

What time do the activities start?
The activities session is everyday from Monday to Friday from 14:00 - 18:00

How does my child come to the campus?
You can drop your child off at the campus every morning or the child can use the TTC. For the later take bus 124 east from Lawrence subway station. The bus stops in front of the campus.

When does the program finish for my child?
The program starts daily at 8:45 and finishes daily at 18:00. You can either pick your child up yourself or the child can use TTC to go back home.

What is the latest time I can pick up my child?
The latest you can pick up your child is 18:15.

Is lunch included in the program?
Yes, lunch is included in the program.

Is there any evening program?
No unfortunately the program does not have an evening part.

How do you asses my child's language level?
Every Sunday at 20:00 the new students come at the campus to do a placement test. The test has a written portion as well as a spoken one. After the testing we can determine your child's language level and place her or him in the appropriate level.

Will my child get a certificate at the end of her or his study?
Yes, upon successful completion of the program your child will get an IH Certificate of Attendance.

Will my child need to pay anything extra?
The program includes all the following:
- 20 language classes a week
- All study materials and exams
- Certificate of attendance and official transcript
- Afternoon activities
- All entrance tickets to afternoon activities
- All transportation to afternoon activities
- Lunches every day from Monday - Friday

What is the age range of the program?
The program has been designed for children from the ages of 12 to 17.

How long can my child register for?
Your child can register for minimum 1 week to maximum 8 weeks.

When does the program start?
The first day of the program is June 28, 2010 and the last day is August 20, 2010.
