IH Toronto Gluttony Contest!

Once again, IH Toronto takes pain and suffering to a new level. About 20 of our brave students (men and women) started on a FIVE DAY LOOOONG gluttony contest that introduced them to a swimming pool of orange drink, dozens of bananas, very messy chocolate cake, ice cream and for the grand closing day a race to eat as many eggs as possible in 3 minutes! The winner, Chen-Hsuan, got to take a band new mountain bike home so he can bike to school!

Fam Fairs in Toronto

After the IH workshops held in Vancouver, 18 agents flew to Toronto for the IH Sol Group Fam Fair. Agents and IH Toronto staff quickly bonded over some great meals, a trip to Niagara Falls and a tour of the IH Toronto Campus and the Teenage Adventure Campus at York University. We all look forward to close working relationships with the agents who attended.

A second Fam Fair was planned for the agents of World Study in Brazil. The 12 agents from various offices in Brazil were very impressed with the Toronto campus and the Teenage Adventure Campus. We were very happy to meet so many employees from World Study and look forward to welcome their students to our Toronto and Calgary schools.

Evening & Weekend Courses in Toronto & Calgary

To meet our even increasing demand for test preparation and other English courses, IH Toronto and IH Calgary will be offering evening and weekend classes starting July 13, 2009. TOEFL Preparation, Conversation & Pronunciation and General ESL classes are some of the classes that will be offered in the evenings and weekends.
