Refund Policy

1) Non-Refundable Fees

The Registration Fee and all Placement Fees are non-refundable.

2) Absence and Postponement

Students wishing to postpone their studies or take time off may do so with a four week prior notice to IH Sol Group. A $100.00 fee will apply for notices less than four weeks.

3) Rejection by Immigration Canada

Students unable to obtain a visa are entitled to a full refund less all Non-Refundable Fees (Section 1). Students must request for a refund in writing two weeks prior to the start of their course and return the original Letter of Acceptance with a copy of the rejection letter issued by Immigration Canada to International House Sol Group as soon as possible. If IH Sol Group is not notified at least before the starting date of the course, then cancellation policies (section 5) will apply.

4) Applying through an IH Sol Group Representative

Students who enroll through an IH Sol Group representative, must obtain their refund directly from the representative and comply with the representative's refund policies.

5) Cancellation and Early Withdrawal Fees for Language Courses and Junior Camps

6) Cancellation and Early Withdrawal Fees for Teacher Training

7) Written Notice

Please note that all changes to your program enrolment must be submitted to an IH Sol Group representative in writing.
