Refund Procedure and Schedule
Withdrawal from the program
Students who wish to withdrawal from the TESL,TESOL, TEFL or CELTA program must provide written notification and send the notice via e-mail, fax or in person to TESL Admissions or to the Director of Teacher Training.
Tuition Fees Refund Schedule

Material Fees
If material fees have been paid by the student and if the student is able to bring back both the resource binder and the textbook in the same condition as it was given (no writing, no bent pages, clean) the material fees will be refunded.
Registration Fees
Registration fees are only refundable in the event that a course is cancelled by International House causing the student unable to take the program at another date. Under no other circumstance is the registration fee refunded.
Expulsion
In the case where a student is expelled as outlined in the International House policies, the student is entitled to the same refund policy schedule as listed above.
